- An account written by this site, not the customer's own words.
Distinguish the formats
Original excerpts, translations, and editorial summaries must be distinct, with accurate sources and known dates. We do not invent a date missing from the original.
Checks before publication
Material is eligible for display only after source, reuse scope, and content checks. Attribution, a link, or AI rewriting is not treated as automatic permission to republish or translate it.
A sample is not a consensus
A single opinion must not be presented as a majority view. Summaries must not spread personal information or unverified allegations. Relevant sponsorship or other conflicts must be disclosed.
What is published now
No third-party customer review text is currently published here, and we do not fill pages with invented reviews. The existing public-thread index points to sources; it is not a reputation assessment.
