What to Confirm Before a Tokyo Hotel Outcall Booking

An outcall course price is only one part of the plan. Before booking, separately confirm the service area, hotel rules, travel fees, how time is counted, and the contact procedure.

1. Do you visit a reception desk or go directly to the hotel?

Some businesses ask customers to complete reception before moving to a nearby hotel. Others ask the customer to check in first and then provide the hotel name and room number. Confirm where to go first, who receives payment and when, and how the meeting will work.

2. Is the hotel inside the service area?

Check the official dispatch area and location-based travel fees first. ‘Tokyo 23 wards’ does not necessarily mean one price everywhere; fees may vary by ward, station, or distance. Give the exact hotel branch and address, not just the hotel brand.

3. Does the hotel allow outside visitors?

A business agreeing to dispatch does not mean the hotel admits unregistered visitors. Check the hotel’s rules or ask its front desk directly; neither this site nor the business can guarantee the hotel’s decision. If visitors are not permitted, change the location before confirming the booking.

4. Calculate the full amount before confirming

List the course price, provider-selection fee, travel charge, hotel room charge, late-night surcharge, tax, and any other mandatory item separately. Discounts may depend on time, first-time status, or provider tier. Treat an unknown fee as unknown—not as zero—and ask the business to confirm it.

5. Separate service hours from booking hours

Official sites may publish separate service hours, phone reception hours, and same-day availability. Late-night schedules may use wording such as 翌 (next day) or LAST. For a late booking, confirm the booking cutoff, expected arrival time, and which calendar date applies after midnight.

6. Confirm the arrival and contact sequence

Some businesses ask for the room number after hotel check-in; others specify a meeting point outside the hotel or near a station. Use only contact details published by the official site, and confirm when to call, how delays are handled, and whether cancellation fees apply. Do not assume another business follows the same process.
