Departure-Ready Checklist: 10-Minute Last Check

This checklist turns assumptions into executable checks. It is not a booking service; it exists to reduce uncertainty right before departure.

Updated 21 Aug 2026 · Edited from official-site information · How information is checked

1) Confirm the booking confirmation

Confirm explicit responses for date, time, course, person-policy, hotel/location, contact point, and expected cost range. If anything is missing, request a clear reply instead of assuming a fallback at the end.

2) Recalculate by fee components

Put base course cost, travel, hotel/room, tax, provider-selection fee, and late-night/extension fees in one checklist. Do not write unknown costs as zero—keep them marked as unconfirmed.

3) Lock in the route and handoff flow

Confirm where you should go first (desk/hotel/meeting point), when payment happens, and when to contact. Put these into a note and add realistic buffer time from your planned departure.

4) Re-open the official page once more

Official rules can change quickly. The final five minutes should always include one last opening of the official page. Use the latest wording if price or timing has changed.
