International-Customer Terms: Separate Shop Policies from Provider-Specific Notes
When a site shows English, Chinese, or “international customers welcome” wording, check whether it covers the whole business, a specific provider, or only a translated page. This directory keeps the scope of the original wording.
A translated page is not an acceptance guarantee
A translated page can help you read prices, directions, and rules, but it may say nothing about the phone desk, reception, or provider’s language. Read language support and eligibility as separate fields.
Tell shop-wide wording from provider-level wording
If “international customers” appears only in a provider profile, filter, or individual introduction, it may apply only to that person. Include the provider’s name when you ask the business to confirm.
Treat unpublished terms as “not stated”
When a site does not publish eligibility, language, or international pricing, we do not fill the gap from a name, photo, review, or another business’s terms. “Not stated” means verify, not yes or no.
Ask four short questions in one message
Ask whether this booking can be accepted, which languages can be used, whether the price or booking method changes, and which ID or contact details are required.
